Independent scores. Transparent reviews. No pay-for-score.
GoNoGo publishes independent ratings, reviews and comparisons based on its own editorial and scoring methodology. GoNoGo scores are intended to help users compare brands using a consistent framework; they do not represent official ratings, regulatory approvals, or the views of the brands themselves.
The methodology uses weighted criteria that may include factors such as compliance indicators, customer satisfaction indicators, product value, innovation, customer support, accessibility and security. The criteria and weightings are determined by GoNoGo and may differ by category, market or over time as the methodology develops.
Scores are based on information available to GoNoGo at the time of review. This may include publicly available information, user feedback, editorial research and other sources considered relevant. Not all brands disclose the same level of information, and a score may be affected by limited, outdated or unavailable data.
A higher or lower GoNoGo score does not by itself mean that a brand is objectively “best”, “worst”, “safe”, “unsafe”, “recommended” or “not recommended” for every user. Scores reflect GoNoGo's independent assessment of selected criteria and should be read together with the supporting explanation on the relevant page.
GoNoGo may update its methodology, category weightings, source mix and published scores from time to time. Material updates will be reflected on this page and, where relevant, on the corresponding brand page with an updated review date.
GoNoGo badges and widgets reflect a brand's independent rating at the date shown. Badge eligibility is triggered by objective criteria in the GoNoGo methodology. A brand may pay for use of the badge asset, widget or embed only after meeting the eligibility criteria. Payment never determines whether the badge is earned. Badge use should link back to a live GoNoGo page showing the current score, date and methodology. Misleading use of a badge may lead to suspension or revocation of the licence.
Brands may claim their profile, respond to reviews, collect customer feedback through GoNoGo tools, and license certain GoNoGo badges or widgets. Payment to GoNoGo does not buy a higher score, a better ranking, removal of genuine reviews, or more favourable editorial treatment.
If a brand representative believes a factual statement on the site is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated, they may contact GoNoGo at admin@gonogo.co.uk with supporting information. GoNoGo will review substantiated correction requests in good faith and may update, annotate or remove material where appropriate.
