GoNoGo is an independent review, comparison, research and brand intelligence platform. We publish ratings, reviews, scorecards, commentary, comparison tools, research content, and related materials to help users make more informed decisions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, content on the site is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, investment, or other professional advice.
GoNoGo's scores, ratings, badges, comparisons and editorial content reflect GoNoGo's own independent methodology and assessment. They do not represent the views, ratings, approval, endorsement or certification of any brand featured on the site unless expressly stated otherwise. Unless expressly stated otherwise, GoNoGo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of any featured brand.
GoNoGo is an independent ratings and review platform. Brands may claim their profile, respond to reviews, collect customer feedback through GoNoGo tools, and license certain GoNoGo badges or widgets, but payment to GoNoGo does not buy a higher score, a better ranking, removal of genuine reviews, or more favourable editorial treatment.

Third-party names, logos, trade marks and other brand features displayed on the site belong to their respective owners. They are used only to identify the relevant brands for commentary, review, rating and comparison purposes. Their appearance on the site does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, approval or endorsement unless expressly stated otherwise.
Content on the site is provided for general information only. Users remain solely responsible for evaluating whether any brand, product or service is suitable for their needs. Before making important decisions or purchases, users should verify relevant information directly with the provider and, where appropriate, obtain independent professional advice.
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of the site.
If the site allows you to submit comments, ratings, reviews, survey responses, or other content, you remain responsible for what you submit.
We may moderate, refuse, edit, or remove user submissions at our discretion, including where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, or maintain platform quality and safety.
Opinions expressed by users are their own and do not represent GoNoGo's views. GoNoGo does not adopt, endorse or guarantee user-submitted content. GoNoGo may moderate, restrict or remove user content and will review notices of complaint in accordance with applicable law and its complaints procedure.
Businesses may be offered tools and services that enable them to claim a profile, respond to reviews, collect customer feedback, access insight dashboards, and display GoNoGo badges or widgets where eligible. Any such commercial relationship does not give the business control over GoNoGo's editorial judgments, scoring methodology, ranking position, user reviews, or badge eligibility criteria.
No pay-to-play. GoNoGo does not sell higher scores, better rankings, removal of genuine reviews, or favourable editorial treatment. Payment for business tools, profile services, widgets, data access, or badge licences does not affect the independence of GoNoGo's scores or reviews.
Brand replies. Claimed-profile businesses may submit public replies to reviews or profile content in accordance with GoNoGo's platform rules. Businesses are solely responsible for the content of their replies. GoNoGo may moderate, restrict, reject or remove replies that are unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise contrary to its policies or legal obligations.
Review integrity. Businesses must not submit, solicit, suppress, edit, distort, incentivise without proper disclosure, or otherwise manipulate reviews in a misleading manner. GoNoGo reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity, annotate content, suspend profile features, remove affected reviews, or terminate access to business tools.
Badge licence restriction. A GoNoGo badge or widget may be displayed only in the form supplied or approved by GoNoGo, only for the period for which the relevant rating or licence remains valid, and only in a way that links back to the relevant GoNoGo page where available. GoNoGo may suspend or revoke badge usage where the badge is used misleadingly, out of date, out of context, or in breach of these terms.
If a brand representative or rights holder believes that content on the site is factually inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, infringing or otherwise unlawful, they may contact GoNoGo at admin@gonogo.co.uk with reasonable detail and supporting information. GoNoGo will review such requests in good faith and may update, annotate, restrict or remove material where appropriate.
Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights in the site and its content, including text, branding, design, graphics, reports, layouts, scoring frameworks, and original editorial material, are owned by or licensed to GoNoGo.
You may view and use the site for personal, internal business, or non-commercial informational purposes only. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, adapt, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the site without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.
